We’re chasing an Assistant Store Manager who brings the energy, leads from the front and knows how to rally a team of 60+ in a fast, high-traffic Westfield store.
We’re looking for someone who’s led 30+ before, live and breathe customer experience, get stuck in on the floor and thrive on smashing KPIs, with a sharp commercial eye.

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail management / leadership experience
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
