Work flexibly with our hybrid model: part in-office for collaboration, part remote for focus.
As a Product Allocator in our Health and Wellbeing Business Unit, you’ll work at the heart of our merchandise team, using data, insights and collaboration to optimise stock flow and maximise sales across a range of products; from wearable tech and gym accessories to recreational sports equipment in cricket and tennis. Your attention to detail and knack for spotting trends will help ensure our products are always where customers need them, while keeping our inventory lean and efficient.
What you’ll be doing
- Own inventory allocation — Use our allocation and replenishment tools (Netstock and JDA Replenishment) to distribute stock across stores and distribution centres, ensuring products are in the right location to meet customer demand.
- Drive commercial performance — Support your category to achieve key financial targets including sales, gross profit, and inventory goals by managing stock flow and monitoring product performance.
- Collaborate across teams — Work closely with Business and Category Managers, Planners, Supply Chain and store management teams to maintain optimal stock levels and respond quickly to changes in demand.
- Optimise aged and seasonal inventory — Track sell-through and product lifecycles, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce overstock or markdown risk.
- Maintain master data accuracy — Ensure all inventory and product information, including season codes and refill metrics is correct and up to date.
- Share insights and updates — Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, contributing key learnings and recommendations to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes.
