We are seeking a collaborative and versatile Integrative Creative - you’ll bring bold ideas to life across every channel from in-store and digital to social and CRM. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, photographers, and marketing leads to craft visually striking campaigns paired with compelling, customer-first copy. Whether you’re storyboarding a short-form video, scripting a social reel, or shaping key visuals for a national campaign, your work will always connect back to our purpose, inspiring every athlete to chase their personal best.

About You:

You’re a creative hybrid — part writer, part art director, 100% storyteller. You love the challenge of crafting ideas that cut through and bring a brand to life wherever it shows up. You can switch gears between concepting big campaign ideas and writing tight, customer-first copy for CRM, digital, and retail channels.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience developing art direction and copy for multi-channel campaigns within a retail environment or agency
  • Strong creative copywriting skills across retail, social, and CRM.
  • Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Photoshop) to mock up visuals and bring your ideas to life.
  • A sharp eye for detail and brand consistency, with exceptional quality control.
  • Collaborative and confident in pitching ideas, directing shoots and providing feedback
  • Trend tracker who’s in tune with what’s happening in culture, sport, and social media
  • Experience and passion for video and content creation, whether that’s interviewing athletes, shaping storylines, or capturing moments that feel authentic and on-brand
  • Bonus points for tertiary qualifications in Creative Writing, Marketing Communications, or Media.
