ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Administrative Associate – Licensed & Basketball to join our Merchandise team at Rebel Head Office in Sydney Rhodes (hybrid: 3 days in office Tue–Thu).
This role provides critical administrative, and systems support across Licensed categories (NRL, AFL, Rugby Union, Cricket) and Basketball. You’ll be the “gatekeeper” of data integrity, ensuring smooth category execution while working closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Manage product and category setup across systems (Excel, SAP, Snowflake/PIM).
- Maintain disciplined record keeping and SKU-level data integrity.
- Administer purchase orders, changes, and open order maintenance.
- Support inventory planning, promotions, replenishment, markdowns, and new store launches.
- Collate and manage samples, imagery, and visual assortments for marketing and online.
- Liaise with suppliers, category managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
ABOUT YOU
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or assistant role (ideally retail or merchandise-related).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and exposure to SAP and inventory/data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, PIM).
- High attention to detail with strong time and diary management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A customer-first mindset, understanding the impact of back-end accuracy on customer outcomes.
