As a Back-of-House, Inventory Manager you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Retail management / leadership experience. 
• Solid understanding of inventory control. 
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. 
• Skills in training and achieving results.
