Whether you’re an experienced Assistant Store Manager, or a rock‑solid Supervisor/Team Leader with the leadership chops. We looking for someone to guide a crew of 10+, coach with heart, communicate like a champ and bring serious resilience, to one of Westfield’s busiest stores. If you love the rush of retail and have a soft spot for smashing KPIs, you’ll fit right in.
We’re also on the lookout for a razor‑sharp Inventory Manager from any industry. Someone with disciplined planning, a hands‑on mindset, and the drive to keep our high‑performing, high‑energy store stocked, flowing and unstoppable. While owning the physical grind and mastering those 7‑day refills.
You'll be joining a vibrant, fast‑moving team, backed by five powerhouse leaders who support, mentor and champion you as you grow.
Assistant Store Manager Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, because your days off matter too!
Back-of-House, Retail Inventory Manager Monday to Friday only, your weekends are all yours!
