Store Manager - rebel Bunbury

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, experienced Store Manager to join our high-performing rebel store in Bunbury.

Open for three years and going strong, home to a diverse, engaged team of 25+ legends from all walks of life. You’ll be leading the charge on the floor, driving KPIs, managing daily ops, and bringing energy to every shift.

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Retail management experience. 
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. 
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. 
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
