• Leading by example with safety and operational excellence

What you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership and people management skills in a retail or high-volume sales environment
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business results
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A personal interest in sport or an active lifestyle – nice to have, but not essential
