At rebel Traralgon, we're searching for an experienced retail leader who thrives on developing people, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving commercial success. Leading a team of approximately 35 team members, you'll create an engaging, high-energy environment where customers and team members can perform at their best.

About the role

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Senior retail management experience. 
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. 
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. 
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
