What you’ll do 

  • Provide seamless administrative support to the Men’s Apparel merchandise team. 
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems — from SKU creation to forecasting profiles and purchase orders. 
  • Coordinate category set-up, product uploads, and image management for marketing and online. 
  • Support inventory planning through replenishment, markdowns, and promotional activities. 
  • Liaise with internal teams and trade partners to ensure information flows smoothly across the business. 
  • Manage samples, stock requests, and assist with product launches. 

What you’ll bring 

  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills — accuracy is your superpower. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork. 
  • Confidence using Excel, internal systems, and managing large amounts of product data. 
  • A genuine interest in retail, fashion, and delivering great outcomes for customers.
