The Opportunity… Lead rebel's store network strategy, driving decisions across new stores, relocations, refurbishments, and capital investment. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you'll optimise portfolio performance and deliver growth through strategic property and network planning. 

The Role in Action…

  • Shape the Network Strategy - Develop and execute rebel's store network strategy to support long-term growth and performance.
  • Drive Portfolio & Investment Planning - Lead multi-year portfolio planning and capital investment prioritisation.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities - Evaluate opportunities for new stores, relocations, refurbishments, upgrades, renewals, and closures.
  • Deliver Strategic Development Programs - Oversee the successful delivery of store development and property projects.
  • Set the Future Store Experience - Establish and govern store design standards and development frameworks.
  • Optimise Capital Allocation - Drive investment decisions across competing capital projects and growth initiatives.
  • Influence Key Business Outcomes - Partner with stakeholders across Retail Operations, Finance, Property, and Store Development to maximise network performance.
  • Lead Governance & Performance - Oversee governance, reporting, and performance management of the property capital program.
  • Build Capability & Lead the Team - Provide leadership, direction, and support to the Brand Property Program Manager and broader property initiatives. 

About You…We're seeking a proven retail property leader who can bring both strategic vision and practical execution capability. You will have:

  • Deep Retail Property Expertise - Significant experience in retail property, network planning, store development, or portfolio management.
  • Understanding of Retail Performance Drivers - Strong understanding of retail operations and how property decisions influence business outcomes.
  • Proven Growth Strategy Experience - Demonstrated success developing and executing retail network growth strategies.
  • Established Industry Connections - A well-developed property network and strong industry relationships.
  • Large Portfolio Management Experience - Experience managing complex, multi-site retail portfolios.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen - Ability to balance customer experience, operational requirements, and financial returns to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Track Record Delivering Major Projects - Experience leading new store openings, relocations, refurbishments, renewals, and large-scale capital projects.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Leadership - Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
  • Strategic Location Assessment Capability - Experience evaluating opportunities across metropolitan, regional, and smaller market locations.
  • Network Planning & Market Expertise -Strong understanding of geographic, planning, and network considerations across Australia.
