As a Back-of-House, Inventory Coordinator you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail management / leadership experience.
- Solid understanding of inventory control.
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Skills in training and achieving results.
