We're Looking for a Sporty, Dynamic Store Manager!

• Full-time permanent on-going role
• Rotating roster, shared with the Assistant Store Manager

To be successful in the role 

This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Retail management experience. 
• Lead the store autonomously to ensure smooth operations and top-notch customer service.
• Coach and inspire your team, empowering them to reach new heights and deliver outstanding results.
• Use your strong commercial acumen to optimize store performance and drive profitability.
• Build a fun and energetic store environment that aligns with our brand’s commitment to excellence in sports.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
