About the role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team in a one‑store town, where community connection and local presence truly matter. This role suits someone who is comfortable working autonomously, takes ownership of results, and thrives on being the face of the brand in the local area.

You’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, leading and developing your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences — while driving strong commercial outcomes.

About you

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally bring:

• Proven senior leadership experience — retail preferred, but open to other industries
• The ability to work independently and autonomously in a regional environment
• A strong track record of leading, developing and motivating teams
• Commercial capability, including cost management and driving results
• Confidence leading a diverse team and setting clear expectations
• Strong skills across training, floor leadership, visual merchandising, stock control, health & safety, store security and basic financial reporting
• A self‑motivated leadership style with the energy to drive performance
• A genuine connection to, or interest in, the local community — involvement in community sport or local networks is a strong advantage
