You’ll have managed 30+ people, thrive in fast‑paced peak and seasonal trade, and bring strong commercial smarts. You’re not afraid of tough conversations. You genuinely enjoy mentoring, developing and engaging a diverse, high‑performing team. All within a supportive, energetic and fun team environment.

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Retail management experience. 
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. 
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. 
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
