We’re now searching for a driven Assistant Store Manager (Internally known as a Customer Service Manager) to join our Hurstville team. What you’ll be doing

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs and operational excellence in a high-volume retail environment.
• Inspire, coach and develop a large and diverse team to deliver amazing customer experiences.
• Lead by example on the sales floor — driving service standards, loyalty program engagement and conversion
• Manage day-to-day store operations including rostering, inventory management, compliance and visual merchandising.
• Analyse performance metrics and take action to improve profitability, customer experience and team engagement.
• Support succession planning by mentoring team members and preparing future leaders

What we’re looking for

• Retail leadership experience (Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or high-volume Supervisor).
• Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people leadership skills — you know how to motivate, coach and hold teams accountable.
• Passion for customer service and the ability to create a culture that puts customers first.
• Strong operational and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a solutions mindset.
