As our Assistant Store Manager (internally referred to as a customer service manager), you’ll be a key driver in shaping an inspiring, customer-centric store culture while supporting the Store Manager to achieve exceptional performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales and financial performance, supporting the Store Manager to deliver budgets and KPIs.
  • Lead daily operations to ensure excellence across merchandising, inventory, and omni-channel services.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience, using loyalty and club programs to build lasting relationships.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health & safety, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders – from suppliers to community partners – to make the store a true hub of the local sporting community.
