About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the customer experience and drives engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and execute VM solutions to the highest standard in a fast-paced retail environment
• Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional VM outcomes (supervisory/leadership experience highly regarded)
• Collaborate with Store Manager and VM leaders to implement campaigns and meet visual merchandising objectives
• Contribute to a safe, engaging, and customer-focused store environment

About you:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising apparel within a store setting
• Confident in guiding and training others with a hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• A team player with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair
