About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimizing shrinkage to maximize the store’s profitability. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Inventory management experience in a retail or warehousing environment
- Solid understanding of inventory control.
- People leadership skills and the ability to coach, mentor and inspire your team
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Skills in training and achieving results.
