As Inventory Manager you’ll lead the team to drive excellence in back‑of‑house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to support store performance and profitability. To thrive here, you should ideally bring:
- Retail management experience in a busy, high‑volume environment
- A strong focus on stock availability and inventory accuracy
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- The ability to manage a dynamic workload and adapt as priorities shift
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- The ability to lead by example while supporting a great customer experience
