Assistant Store Manager - rebel Doncaster

This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organised, thinks ahead, and can confidently pivot when priorities change. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to set the store up for success every day.

About the role 

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you’ll lead the team to drive excellence in back‑of‑house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to support store performance and profitability.

• Retail management experience in a busy, high‑volume environment
• A strong focus on stock availability and inventory accuracy
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• The ability to manage a dynamic workload and adapt as priorities shift
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
