Super Retail Group is the proud owner of four iconic brands: Supercheap Auto, rebel, BCF and Macpac, and is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest retailers. The talent of our teams and their passion for providing an experience which inspires and enhances our customers’ leisure time drives our culture of innovation and opportunity.

About the Role

At Super Retail Group, our purpose is to inspire and equip everyone to live their passion every day!

Ready to make sure our products land in the right place, at the right time? Join Super Retail Group and play a key role in bringing the ranges our customers love to life — in-store and online.

As a result to our continued growth, we are seeking three Product Allocators to join the rebel team:

  • 1 permanent position
  • 1 max-term contract until March 2027
  • 1 max-term contract until June 2027

These roles are based at our Sydney Support Office in Rhodes and operates in a hybrid work environment.

As a Product Allocator, you’ll work at the heart of our merchandise team, using data, insights and collaboration to optimise stock flow and maximise sales across a range of products; from footwear and accessories to cricket, tennis and home training gear, we have roles across 3 different category teams. Your attention to detail and knack for spotting trends will help ensure our products are always where customers need them, while keeping our inventory lean and efficient.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own inventory allocation — Use our allocation and replenishment tools (Netstock and JDA Replenishment) to distribute stock across stores and distribution centres, ensuring products are in the right location to meet customer demand.
  • Drive commercial performance — Support your category to achieve key financial targets including sales, gross profit, and inventory goals by managing stock flow and monitoring product performance.
  • Collaborate across teams — Work closely with Business and Category Managers, Planners, Supply Chain and store management teams to maintain optimal stock levels and respond quickly to changes in demand.
  • Optimise aged and seasonal inventory — Track sell-through and product lifecycles, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce overstock or markdown risk.
  • Maintain master data accuracy — Ensure all inventory and product information, including season codes and refill metrics is correct and up to date.
  • Share insights and updates — Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, contributing key learnings and recommendations to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes.

What You’ll Bring…We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and can combine operational know-how with analytical thinking.

  • Data & Tech Confidence – Strong Excel capabilities are essential for this role.
  • Retail Operations Savvy – Hands-on understanding of how stores work and what drives performance.
  • Stock Flow Specialist – Experience managing inventory allocation to meet customer demand.
  • Knowledge Builder – Tertiary study in Category Management or Finance desirable, but not essential.
  • Self-Starter Mindset – Able to work independently, use initiative, and spot opportunities to optimise.
  • Multi-Tasking Pro – Comfortable juggling priorities while working across several categories.

Why you’ll love this opportunity

  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements – spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
  • Learning and development opportunities across a diverse category to support your professional growth within retail merchandising
  • Generous team discounts across all our iconic brands — rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF, and Macpac.

Our Culture of Inclusion: Super Retail Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We support, promote and celebrate diversity and we recognise the benefits a culture of inclusion brings to our workplace and customer experience.
