Rebel Dubbo is seeking experienced retail Managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong retail management experience, visual merchandising skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, while driving KPIs.
We’re looking for an all-rounder who thrives in a hands-on leadership role, supports team development, and fosters a positive, high-performance culture. You’ll lead a close-knit team of 20+, working collaboratively to create a community-focused store environment.
- Tuesday to Saturday – so you can enjoy your personal time uninterrupted!

- Retail management / leadership experience
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
