The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager in SYDNEY or MELBOURNE. At Re, you use your broad generalist experience to build the strategic capability and business account of the Client Services team. You are responsible for the overall quality of the client relationship and the revenue targets. You leverage your understanding of brands and the branding process to help identify and solve clients’ business problems. 

You are skilled at identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing clients and contributing to new business development with new clients.  

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Gains a deep understanding of their Client’s business and shares knowledge with more junior colleagues 
  • Makes recommendations to clients on a regular basis based on competitive/ category insight. 
  • Promotes the clients brand strategy and vision internally - holds strategic alignment sessions on work and for workshops           
  • Organises project resource, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings and budget (work with Operations and Production teams)
  • Proactively manages briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates 
  • Builds and nurtures positive working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance 
  • Act as mentor to Account Managers & Account Executives, setting a positive example for team behaviour, learning and collaboration

Your ideal experience:

  • Previous experience working in Account Manager or Senior Account Manager roles (Account Management or Project Management roles within a Creative or Comms Agency environment) 
  • Experience in a multi disciplinary team environment 
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projects 
  • Knowledge of brand, design and advertising
