About the role

We are seeking an ICT Systems & Support Engineer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The ICT Systems and Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the organisation’s ICT systems and infrastructure. This includes leading the maintenance, development, and enhancement of core ICT platforms, implementing security and compliance frameworks, and ensuring technology aligns with business continuity and operational strategies.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Tertiary or industry qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and optimisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing ICT security standards.
  • Strong background in managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, M365).
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive Windows workstation and server knowledge.
  • Extensive PowerShell or similar scripting technology experience.
  • Experience with operating and maintaining assets via Microsoft Intune (MDM)
  • Proven ability to deliver ICT solutions and support aligned with business service management best practices (e.g., ITIL)
  • Ability to travel to other offices both locally and interstate.
