This role combines hands-on data work with a focus on automating and improving how we deliver implementation services. The person will develop high-quality data solutions for customers, supporting Services projects as well as data work for the Customer Experience business unit and the wider business. Day to day, this means applying strong technical and problem-solving skills to build solutions that are robust, reusable, and genuinely useful to the people relying on them.
A core part of the role is identifying where implementation activities such as data uploads, configuration, builds, and validation can be automated, whether through existing platform capabilities, AI-based tools, or purpose-built solutions. The data consulting work runs alongside this and feeds into it, giving the person a real understanding of our products and customer environments so they can spot automation opportunities over time.
It's a mid-level technical role that works closely with peers, Implementation Consultants, and other Technical Consultants. Beyond delivery, the person will contribute to our broader data approach and, as they build knowledge, help lift the wider team through guidance, shared learning, and better documentation and processes
