About the role

We are seeking an Application Support Team Lead (Latin America) to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in leading regional Level 1 and Level 2 support operations while providing advanced technical oversight and structured escalation management

You’ll drive high-quality customer outcomes by strengthening regional capability, improving operational stability, and ensuring alignment with global service standards and SLAs

You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving complex technical problems, leading and developing people, working cross-functionally, and delivering meaningful customer impact in a fast-paced support environment.

As our newest Application Support Team Lead, you’ll:

  • Lead day-to-day Level 1 and Level 2 support operations across the Latin America region, ensuring SLA adherence and service excellence
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact cases, overseeing structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Application Support Analysts through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and capability uplift initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Sales to drive coordinated customer outcomes and continuous service improvement

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is a strong people leader with a customer-first mindset and a structured, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving. You’re confident navigating complex technical issues, communicating clearly across stakeholders, and balancing operational oversight with hands-on troubleshooting.

You’ll also bring:

  • 3+ years in application support (or 5+ years hands-on experience using Quartex software), including Level 2 troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading support staff within a distributed or global environment
  • Strong escalation governance capability and understanding of structured support frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish highly regarded)
