About the role

We are seeking a Level 1 Application Support Analyst (Global Support Services) to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in triaging, diagnosing, and resolving customer cases while ensuring accurate prioritisation and SLA adherence

You’ll help deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience through clear communication, effective documentation, and seamless escalation when required within a global support environment

You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving technical problems, working cross-functionally, managing competing priorities, and delivering meaningful customer outcomes.

As our newest Level 1 Application Support Analyst, you’ll:

  • Provide first-line support, triaging and documenting cases in line with service standards and SLAs
  • Resolve customer issues at first contact where possible, or escalate appropriately to Level 2/3 support
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through clear communication and expectation management
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Technology teams to support positive customer lifecycle outcomes

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a structured approach to problem solving. You take ownership of your work, collaborate effectively, and know when to escalate to ensure the best customer outcome.

You’ll also bring:

  • 2+ years in application support (or 3+ years hands-on experience with Quartex software)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts and analytical troubleshooting capability
  • Ability to prioritise workload and operate within structured support frameworks (ITIL desirable)
