About The Role
We are seeking two ICT Systems and Support Engineers to join our TechOps team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our ICT systems and infrastructure, while supporting the ongoing optimisation and scalability of our technology environment. You’ll contribute to maintaining secure, reliable systems that underpin business operations and customer outcomes.
You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working across teams, and delivering real, measurable impact through technology.
As our newest ICT Systems and Support Engineer, you’ll:
- Work within defined SLAs to resolve incidents and service requests while identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation.
- Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 and manage endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune.
- Take ownership of complex infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable ICT infrastructure, including cloud and hybrid environments.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’ll be comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365).
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems, infrastructure, and scripting (e.g. PowerShell).
- Experience with endpoint management (Intune) and ICT security best practices.
- A relevant qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
