About the role

We are seeking a Domain Product Lead to join our team, focused on workforce compliance, onboarding, and regulatory workflows.

In this role, you’ll shape both the product and the broader domain—owning product direction while driving domain-level strategy, commercial positioning, and market insight. You’ll define how organisations onboard, train, and ensure compliance across their workforce.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy working in structured, high-risk environments, translating regulatory requirements into scalable systems, and improving compliance outcomes at scale.

As our newest Domain Product Lead, you'll:

  • Define and evolve product direction for workforce onboarding, competency management, and compliance workflows across Sitepass and Assessor
  • Lead the strategy to modernise and consolidate Quartex training products into a single end-to-end workforce management offering
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of compliance artefacts (inductions, certifications, licences), including creation, validation, expiry, and audit readiness
  • Prioritise the product backlog based on regulatory requirements, onboarding friction, and compliance risk reduction
  • Lead integration strategy with external systems (LMS, HRIS, credential providers, regulatory bodies, and other Quartex products) to ensure data accuracy and interoperability
  • Drive measurable improvements in onboarding speed, completion rates, and compliance visibility for customers
  • Leverage AI and automation to enhance compliance workflows, reduce manual effort, and proactively manage risk

In addition, at a domain level you will:

  • Build and maintain domain-level insight across market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Shape commercial positioning, pricing direction, and go-to-market alignment for the domain
  • Act as the key interface between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams
  • Influence cross-product initiatives and align priorities across the domain without direct authority
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, integrations, or capability expansion to strengthen the domain

What You'll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially pragmatic, and highly attuned to risk in regulated environments. You’re comfortable navigating complexity, influencing without authority, and translating ambiguity into structured, scalable solutions.

You'll also bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, computer science, product management, engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in product management within compliance-heavy or regulated domains
  • 7+ years of Product Manager or Product Owner experience in B2B, enterprise environments, with demonstrated ownership of complex products or domains
  • Experience in workforce training, onboarding, or site access workflows
  • Strong experience in roadmap ownership, prioritisation, and cross-functional delivery
  • Ability to translate regulatory or policy requirements into scalable product solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to positioning and go-to-market decisions
  • Strong data orientation, using KPIs, reporting, and insights to guide decisions
  • Experience managing integrations and external dependencies (APIs, third-party systems)
  • High attention to detail and risk awareness, balanced with pragmatic delivery decisions
  • Exposure to automation or AI in workflow-driven or document-heavy environments (preferred)

Why You'll Love Working Here

At Quartex, we know even minor issues can lead to major problems in the industries we serve. That's why we're driven to help our customers get better insights, take smarter actions, and see stronger results.

You'll join a team that:

  • Focuses on our customer, tailoring solutions for real impact.
  • Builds to be useful & useable, with practical, reliable software.
  • Collaborates to innovate, working alongside customers to refine and enhance our products.
  • Stays grounded, with a deep understanding of the sectors we serve.
