Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of the Intouch system and new associated processes, including developing and delivering training programmes to all users.

Duties include

  • Support the smooth implementation of Intouch software at PTL, as a key member of the project team ahead of the 2025 Winter.
  • Become an expert on all Intouch tools and services, providing ongoing first tier support and troubleshooting assistance to management, Commercial HoDs and their teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of PTL’s Commercial operations, to ensure effective system configuration and identify opportunities to streamline business processes with the new software.
  • Take ownership of all product configuration, designing efficient and user-friendly workflows for both customers and POS operators. 
  • Maintain the integrity of lift pass product compatibility with the Axess gate system, and address any integration issues with both vendors.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes and materials for the system, to support effective onboarding for all Intouch users.
  • Collaborate with Ski area management and HoDs to understand their specific reporting needs and work to build and deliver appropriate regular reporting from the system.
