Hospitality Supervisors are responsible for the professional, efficient and safe operations of one or more of the on mountain Hospitality outlets, including the responsible sale of liquor.

Is this you?

  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Able to manage a team objectively and make decisions based on workplace performance in a fair and reasonable manner. 
  • Demonstrated experience as a supervisor of a team within the hospitality industry, preferably in a ski resort environment.
  • Holds (or has previously held and is willing to renew) a current Duty Manager's License.
  • Thorough knowledge of New Zealand Sale of Liquor Act and other relevant industry legislation.
  • Experienced in a dynamic and high pressure environment.
