With a strong focus on inclusivity, empathy and client-centered care, we are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Exercise Physiologist to join our Cairns clinic.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a close-knit and supportive team of practitioners across 3 commercial gyms in Edmonton, Westcourt and Smithfield. Proactive Health provides a collaborative environment focused on professional development and high-quality care, with a strong emphasis on supporting defence force veterans. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual and group rehabilitation sessions across clinical and gym settings
- Manage a varied caseload including DVA, NDIS, Workcover, Medicare, and private clients
- Prepare clinical documentation and reports for stakeholders
- Deliver services in-person and via telehealth
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care

About You:
- Degree in Exercise Physiology with current ESSA accreditation (AEP)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Current Police Check and professional insurance
- Access to reliable transport and valid Drivers’ license
- Ability to do early starts to accommodate veteran clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Motivated, professional, and committed to client outcomes
