Pro-Active Health is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Exercise Physiologist to join our expanding team in Charnwood, ACT. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate ready to start your journey, this full-time role offers the flexibility, support, and professional development you need to thrive. 

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including a Physiotherapist and another AEP, with plans to expand into additional allied health disciplines in a stand-alone clinic in the near future. Our private clinical space is located near Anytime Fitness, giving you access to premium facilities and a steady referral network. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Delivering evidence-based assessments and treatments for a wide variety of clients. 
  • Managing individual and group programs in rehab, chronic disease, and strength & conditioning. 
  • Preparing reports for DVA, NDIS, Medicare, and WorkCover. 
  • Working both independently and collaboratively in a high-performing, supportive team. 
  • Providing face-to-face clinical consultations and ongoing management. 
  • Engaging in inter-professional communication with other health providers. 
  • Promoting health education and lifestyle change strategies for clients.

About You: 

  • Degree qualified and ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist. 
  • New graduates and experienced AEPs welcome to apply. 
  • Strong communication and people skills. 
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications. 
  • Valid Police Check and Driver’s License with reliable transport. 
  • Able to work autonomously and within a dynamic team.
