Join PowerNet in a new role as Contract Delivery Manager (TTM and Civils) and take ownership of a critical function that helps keep our people, contractors and communities safe while shaping how Temporary Traffic Management and civil works are delivered across the PowerNet network.

 At PowerNet, we rely on strong contractor partnerships to safely deliver critical infrastructure and services across our network. We're looking for an experienced Contract Delivery Manager (TTM and Civils) to lead the performance, governance and continuous improvement of our Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) and civil works contracts.

Reporting to the GM Operations, this is a strategic role responsible for ensuring our contracting partners consistently deliver safe, efficient and cost-effective outcomes. You will work closely with contractors, operational teams and stakeholders to drive performance, strengthen commercial outcomes, improve service delivery and support the ongoing development of our network.

You will provide leadership across the full contract lifecycle, from procurement and contract negotiations through to performance management, compliance, continuous improvement and relationship management.

About You Skills and Experience

You'll bring a combination of contractor management experience, commercial acumen and operational leadership. You are comfortable holding contractors accountable while building strong working relationships that support long-term success.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience managing infrastructure, utilities, construction, roading or related service contracts.
  • Strong commercial and contract management capability.
  • Experience working with contractors to improve performance, safety and delivery outcomes.
  • Knowledge of TTM, civil construction, utilities or infrastructure delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • A relevant qualification in engineering, infrastructure, construction management or equivalent industry experience.
