About the Role

As our Scheduler, you will bring your process-driven thinking, eye for detail and problem-solving skills to maximise productivity and keep the work programme moving.

Play a key role in coordinating our field teams working safely, efficiently and effectively by:

  • Developing and maintaining the forward work schedule.
  • Coordinating field resources, contractors and service providers to support delivery.
  • Identifying, communicating and resolving scheduling constraints to keep work on track.
  • Monitor performance and drive improvements in operational efficiency through scheduling.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience coordinating resources and schedules within a busy operational or project environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an eye for detail.
  • A collaborative communication style, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and a current full New Zealand Class 1 driver licence.

Experience with Maximo, maintenance planning, project management, or scheduling within the utilities or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous.
