We have an opportunity to join the PowerNet team in an Operations Administrator role based in our Frankton office in Queenstown.
This is a part time role working 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with potential for the role to grow and increase in hours over time.
As the Operations (Distribution) Administrator your focus will be to work directly with contractors and customers who are wishing to connect to our electricity network. We are seeking an Administrator who will thrive in an environment where they can use their proven organisational and communication skills to relate to our customers and provide them with excellent service. You will ensure customer’s applications are processed in an efficient and timely manner and that electricity regulations are consistently adhered to.
You will hit the ground running with proficient administration and computer skills, experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and be confident finding your way around various databases. We are looking for a star who has an eye for detail, can work well independently and has exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written.
