Customer Support Administrator
Are you someone who enjoys helping others, staying organised, and being the friendly face of a busy workplace? PowerNet is looking for a confident and approachable Customer Support Administrator to join our Invercargill team.
This is a part time role working Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
In this role, you’ll greet visitors, answer customer calls, support fault call overflow, manage correspondence, assist with smart meter stock, and provide administration support across the business. You’ll be central to keeping our front desk running smoothly and ensuring every customer feels supported.
We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service or administration, strong Microsoft Office skills, accurate data entry, and excellent communication. If you’re friendly, thorough, and great at juggling tasks, you’ll fit right in. Knowledge of the electricity industry is a bonus, but not essential.
