Project Accountant
Fixed Term for approximately 6 months
New Plymouth
We are looking for an accountant with the ability to drive capital projects from completion to close out. This person will assist project teams with the close out of their capital projects utilising various tools and SAP. If you are looking for an opportunity to mix accounting with interesting projects then we want to hear from you.
You will:
- Work closely with the various project teams.
- Prepare all financial close out documentation.
- Attend project close out meetings to provide accounting assistance and facilitate asset cost allocations.
- Liaise with the Management Accounting team.
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A “can do” confident attitude.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working towards or have a relevant Tertiary Qualification.
