Summer Intern – Gas Operations

Are you a pro-active, motivated and enthusiastic student looking for work experience in the summer holidays? We have summer/holiday work (Nov-Feb) for a student who is currently studying towards their future and has an interest in the energy industry.
We are specifically looking for a student to assist our Gas Operations team with various activities and projects which could include updating our GIS systems, assessing work processes to determine efficiency, network performance and fault analysis or coordinating and participating in design workshops.
The student we are looking for will:
- Ideally be in their 2nd or 3rd year studying towards a STEM subject or similar degree
- Have an eye for data
- Have solid analytical skills
- Have good IT skills
- Have excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Possess effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Be self-motivated regardless of the task
- Enjoy working as part of a team but able to work autonomously
