Summer Intern – Electricity Design
📍 New Plymouth
We’re on the lookout for a 2nd or 3rd year Engineering student who’s keen to roll up their sleeves and get some hands-on experience in the electricity sector this summer.
You’ll be joining our Electricity Design team, helping out with a key piece of work involving the Stationware database - the system that helps us manage our substation and network asset data. It’s a great chance to learn how design decisions support the wider electricity system and see how your studies apply in the real world.
About you
- Studying Electrical, Mechatronics, or a similar Engineering discipline (2nd or 3rd year)
- Have strong attention to detail and enjoy making sense of technical data
- Comfortable working with systems and software
- Bring a bit of initiative and are open to learning from a supportive team
