Network Invoice Coordinator

New Plymouth

We are looking for a technically minded, competent and professional individual who is used to handling a high workload. You will carry out a range of invoicing activities for our Network Operations Team.

To be successful in this role you will have an eye for detail and be experienced in a full range of office administration and invoicing activities. This position ideally suits someone who is interested in managing a variety of work including being able to easily interpret detailed plans and resolving issues in a customer focused environment.

You will need:

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience of invoicing, basic accounting and administration procedures and associated systems
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer service focus
  • Experience of reading and understanding plans
  • The ability to interpret and pass on technical information
  • Initiative in order to manage workload requests and issues to meet changing priorities and firm deadlines
  • A high degree of computer literacy, in particular the Microsoft suite, together with  knowledge of integrated IT systems
  • Effective time management skills in processing large volumes of data
  • Basic accounting qualification is desirable
