HSE Business Partner - Fixed Term for 9 months (Parental Leave Cover)

As an HSE Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing across our organization. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Your insights will drive continuous improvement, making a tangible impact on our safety culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business leaders to foster operational ownership of HSE outcomes.
- Offer expert advice on managing workplace hazards and incidents.
- Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up on safety events.
- Collaborate with service providers to identify and mitigate HSE risks.
- Keep the team updated on regulatory changes.
- Develop and maintain HSE tools, standards, and processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in health and safety or operations.
- Industry knowledge and relevant tertiary qualifications are a plus.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Big-picture thinking with a focus on clarity and simplicity.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in training and presenting.
