Accounts Receivable Administrator

📍 New Plymouth

🕐 Fixed Term (12 months) - Full-time

Reporting to the Finance Services Manager, your key responsibilities will be providing support in our Accounts Receivable team and assisting with the Customer Delivery Services function.

 To be a success in this role

 Ideal Experience

  •  NCEA Level 3 or Finance or Administration qualification
  • Experience in a Credit Control role or Senior Administration role
  • In depth working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word applications
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional Customer service
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  •  Teamwork – Ability to engage and quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships with Powerco staff and other stakeholders
  • Initiative – Able to take or initiate action to deal with a wide variety of situations
  • Communication skills – Effective oral and written communications

  • Analysis – Can gather and organise relevant data or information, identify critical issues and analyse with detail and accuracy
  • Organisation – Able to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Customer Service – Meet internal and external customer expectations and requirements.
