About the role

Your primary role will be to lead a team at the forefront of managing, improving and transforming our operational systems to improve customer reliability and enable a modern network architecture.  You will play a crucial role in enhancing reliability and capability of our systems including accountability for our ADMS programme.

About you

Leadership experience is critical to the success of this role, so your skills in fostering collaboration, driving high performance, critical thinking and a risk informed approach will be advantageous. A background and experience in the energy or utilities sector is preferred, alongside an education in engineering or computer sciences. The role also requires an understanding of cyber security, network operations and supporting IT systems such as SCADA and ADMS. Couple your technical knowledge with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure you can convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
