Facilities and Fleet Administrator

New Plymouth

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator/receptionist with strong coordination skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities to work in our Facilities and Fleet Team. We are looking for someone with a strong focus on customer service and keen attention to detail. If this sounds like you we want to hear from you.

The role will support the Facilities and Fleet Manager, taking care of the administration of Powerco’s owned and leased depots and office properties and the Powerco vehicle fleet. 

The successful applicant will have:

  • Practicality when responding to issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of purchase order and invoice processes
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Basic Word and Excel skills
