We’re looking for an all-round customer experience superstar! 

Providing an outstanding customer experience is our highest priority. If you are passionate about finding ways to surprise and delight customers, are experienced in navigating a number of technical systems and processes, and can multi-task, we’re keen to hear from you!

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in providing exceptional customer service
  • A natural problem-solver and quick learner
  • A Passionate team player
  • Call centre experience would be an advantage but not essential.

More about the role

The Powerco Customer Hub is the central point for all customer queries, coordinating customer connection processes, and delivering outstanding customer service at each point to ensure an amazing customer experience.

Powerco Customer Consultants ensure that our customers, through calls, webchat, emails and web enquiries to have a seamless, stress-free, experience every time they interact with us. You will be managing a range of customer queries and requests, providing an experience that is focused on quality vs quantity, and supporting our wider teams to deliver on contracts and specialised projects.

In your day to day work you will be:

  • Supporting customers via different channels – calls, emails, texts, & webchat
  • Arranging, managing and coordinating project work requests from job creation to closure
  • Quality checking documentation and data from our contractors
  • Using systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ArcGIS and CWMS (experience in these systems isn’t required)
  • Building strong relationships with contractors, gas billing companies, gasfitters, and internal teams
