Quality Improvement Analyst - Electricity
New Plymouth
We're looking for someone who thrives on improving performance through smarter workflows, meaningful insights, and a strong focus on quality. In this specialist role, you’ll also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Service Provider invoicing process
What You'll Be Doing
- Continuous Improvement – Streamline workflows, optimise processes, and drive operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance – Support audits, track performance metrics and ensure we meet our high standards.
- Performance Optimisation – Analyse data and collaborate with teams across the business to keep us ahead of the game.
- Reporting and Documentation – Tell the story behind the numbers with reports that inform great decision-making.
- Invoicing – Manage key aspects of the Service Provider invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Outage Quality Control – Provide quality control of planned and unplanned outages, ensuring regulatory and QA standards are met.
What We're Looking For
We’re after someone with a keen eye for detail, a process-focused mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in electricity distribution (or a comparable industry)
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business process improvement
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with compliance, quality assurance, and risk management
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business
