Summer Intern – Technical Services
📍 New Plymouth
We’re on the lookout for a Computer or Data Science student who are is keen to roll up their sleeves and get some hands-on experience in the energy sector this summer.
This position will be based in New Plymouth. We're particularly interested to hear from students with links to Taranaki.
You’ll be joining our Technical Services team, helping with AI and Copilot use case identification and testing, process improvement and automation opportunities, research into emerging technologies and industry practices. You will also be involved with mapping business processes and identifying pain points, supporting cross-functional workshops and innovation sessions, as well as coordinating actions and reporting for strategic initiatives
About you
- Studying Computer Science or Data Science
- Have strong attention to detail and enjoy making sense of technical data
- Comfortable working with systems and software
- Bring a bit of initiative and are open to learning from a supportive team
