The Gas Hub is Powerco’s gas energy brand. Our Wellington office is home to our customer team, marketing team, account managers, engineers, analysts, project managers and administrators. We work hard to connect homes to gas, maintain our gas pipe network and keep our customers happy.
As a Customer Consultant you’ll be working in our customer team and will play a key role in being the face of our brand, promoting the future of gas, coordinating gas connection processes, and delivering an amazing customer experience. You’ll do this by:
Helping us develop and improve the experience we provide customers
Promoting The Gas Hub brand and future of renewable and low emission gases to existing and new consumers
Building strong relationships with our contractors, gas billing companies, gasfitters, key customers, and internal teams
Being part of an awesome team of 8 customer gurus
Are you who we’re looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is an all-round customer experience superstar! Someone who has skills and experience in both sales and service in an office environment. A person who has created or improved processes to build a better experience for customers. A natural problem-solver and quick learner. Energy industry experience and a driver’s license is a bonus and if you consider skills like being tech savvy, organised and having great communication skills part of your list of natural talents, we’re interested!
