You’ll work with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications — ensuring that our systems, data, and integrations are designed to meet evolving business needs.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll contribute to high-impact initiatives, guiding solution design and ensuring delivery aligns with architectural standards and strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse and translate business needs into technical requirements and solution specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, solution specialists, and business stakeholders to design feasible, scalable solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to identify and define business and technical requirements.
  • Support solution delivery through design reviews and ensuring traceability from requirements to outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to practice development by coaching peers and helping strengthen our business analysis and technical delivery capability.

What You’ll Bring

  • A growth mindset and strong desire to deliver real business value through technology.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders — both business and technical.
  • Highly analytical, with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience across business analysis, including:
  • requirements elicitation and documentation
  • data analysis and mapping
  • business process re-engineering and improvement
  • Experience working with Agile and traditional project delivery methods.
  • A collaborative and mentoring approach, helping to grow BA capability across the team.
  • Comfort operating in complex, changing environments where you create structure from ambiguity.
